also, don't forget both sides. valuation can only be determined if you see both sides. It's like a car. Imagine if I show you a picture of the front of a car all pristine and shiny for sale. But not the back. Of course the back would have been hit by a snow plow so why bother showing that side when I want to know it's value to sell right ?
