Can't really tell for sure what's going on here and it's not listed on the 100+ listings on Wexler's It looks really appealing for what I HOPE it could be. Of course, it could also be a small scratch that I just wasted 20 minutes of my life looking at from different angles. What do you guys think?

There are way too many varieties. After looking all thru the Wexler list I didn’t see anything that matched. Possibly one or two, but would need the obverse of the coin as well probably. I do know one thing. I haven’t looked at my 2009’s close enough to see any microscopic DDRs. Maybe they need 2x2’s that instead of the regular plastic it’s a magnifier of some sort otherwise I wouldn’t be able to tell.
I really can't tell if it's doubling or not, but I'm leaning towards damage myself.. The Wexler's list for this coin is a headache to go through, I didn't see anything either that looks close and I looked at every single listing.
