Came across this 1994 p quarter that I’m pretty sure has multiple major errors! Can anyone tell me for sure?? And what my next step should be? The pictures speak for themselves! Thanks in advance!!

I do see some odd stuff in a few places such as the "I", "N", & "T" in the motto In God We Trust, and also in the leaves you have circled on the reverse.

But ma'am , please don't get your hopes up because I am not an expert.

You need to wait for some of the other, much more experienced guys here on the site to take a peek at your pix, and then really give you the benefit of their expertise.

BTW, it's a one-in-a-million shot that you or anyone else will ever find a coin that will make you rich, but it is a lot of fun trying.

Keep searching, keep posting, and keep having fun.

    Good Luck !!

Besides a few small Die Chips I see normal circulation wear.
Maybe you can tell us a bit more of what you are seeing.

Certainly. On the reverse side the eagles beak Ian doubled. There’s an extra line (doubling I assume) on the vine above the word “dollar”. Also there’s an extra line side the eagles feet. The “c” In America runs into the eagles wing and the “o” and “l” In dollar run together. On the obverse side, the mint “p” looks doubled when u look threw a magnifying glass. Threw my magnifying glass They stand out, not as well in my pictures I’m sorry.
