Going through my grandfather's collections and trying to decide which are collectibles/valuables/face value. This dime has some circling on both sides of it and a chip missing just above Roosevelt's forehead. I expect it to be PMD, but want to make sure before it's tossed in with loose change. Erro or PMD? Thank you
Welcome to Coin Talk. As Fred said, damaged after it left the Mint. Some sort of stain and it took a bad hit at some point.
