Thanks! I had low hopes because the seller said he picked the nickels a bit. Less earlier date Buffalo nickels, but the haul was very nice.

 

That is quite a haul! The nickel fairy must be on a well deserved vacation after delivering all those.

 

I would walk in, see the nickels, and say, "Wow, if I had a nickel for every nickel..."
My wife would serve me supper, cold.

Trust me, the nickel fairy is very, very tired. The nickel fair was also the quarters and dimes fairy. He’s taking a break until next year.

 

I'm waiting for the Morgan fairy to show up at my house. I wouldn't mind going through a pile of Morgans to search for VAM's.

 

How many boxes did it take to get all of those nickels? There's no way that comes from a single box, at least not from my past days of CRHing through nickel boxes.

 

Does the floor have a dent in it now?

 

Sorry, I don’t search boxes. Never have and likely never will. These came in bags. There are 20,000 nickels there, give or take.

 

Nope. I spread the weight out and they didn’t stay long.

 

Lol, she was away or that would’ve NEVER happened that way. She’d definitely not put up with that in her living room. What she doesn’t know won’t hurt me, right?

 

Put me down for a visit! Or at least have Santa Claus load me up with Morgans.
