Can anyone tell me what a 25 pennia from 1866 might be worth. The coin has an "S" Mint mark. It is in pretty good condition. All words well readible and not alot of wear. Thanx to everyone for any help.

Mikeybo2004,the letter 'S' on a Finnish coin is either a designer's mark or that of a mint official. It is not a mintmark in the strict sense of the word.As
to Czarist Finnish silver coins, the 25 Pennia & 50 Pennia is relatively common, but as I don't have a Krause to hand,I can't tell you its value.

    Welcome aboard mikeybo2004.

The "S" is the initial of Mintmaster Aug. F. Soldan, who served from 1864-1885. The coin was one of 810,000 minted at Helsinki of .750 silver, weighing in at 1.2747g (.0307 oz. ASW). Finland was a Grand Duchy within the Russian Empire when the coin was new.

Your description sounds like it would probably grade out in the F to EX range, with a 3d Ed. 19th Century Krause value of $7-40.
