1991 D penny line?

    Hello can someone help me understand my insane conclusion that this penny is worth anything other than one cent?

    Hopefully you will get some replies, but I think it looks like a "Linear Plating Bubble" which is fairly common in our new horrendous cents.

    I'll check in with Linear Plating Blister. I think it would be interesting to see what this coin looks like after 20 years of storage. It is really not worth keeping, IMO.

    Yes to Linear Plating Bubble/Blister

    But.. No premium so it's only still worth 1 Cent. But it's a great question and great picture.
