Help!!! 199?

WOW! I Apologize for that one.I blew up this enlargement another 400x and between the cobwebs in my eyes and the graininess that caused, I THOUGHT I saw that MM .Seems it was a debris field left from whatever damaged the 9 practically sheared it off and wadded it up like spaghetti. Sorry VV, it was not a Displaced mint mark "S"as I had earlier thought.but damage to the date as hoop and frog explained. Sorry merely human (and half blind) View attachment 861219
