It's from the Indian state of Kutch, dated 1934 AD/ 1990 VS (there is also a 1934 AD/ 1991 VS variety), denomination is 3 dokda, Y#57. A common coin, but still pretty neat to find.
I am intrigued by the combination of languages on here. The one side appears to be Arabic, but what is the other side?
The obverse is likely in the Persian language, which uses the Arabic alphabet. The reverse is in Nagari script, which is what is used to write Sanskrit, Hindi, etc. As the former Princely State of Kutch is part of present-day Gujarat, I suspect the language is Gujarati.
