    Thanks for the book recommendation and review!

    For the attribution above, I am relying on the seller's notes which unfortunately I lost a long time ago...I think lower weight and lower purity of silver is usually the differentiator. The coin above was one of 3 that were all described as "Second Bulgarian Empire". Related, interesting article here on Balkan imitations of grossi.
