After a lot of delays on my part, I’ve posted my silver war nickel set in the NGC registry. It’s complete except for the 1943/42, of which I’m still trying to find an attractive and affordable example. Debuted 44th out of 244 sets. It’s titled Santini’s War Nickels. Cool stuff Santini. I collect war nickels also....well...not really collect as much as I just gather them for the silver content. I've never tried to grade any of them. Most are that ugly dark greasy look. I have probably close to 50. They're so easy to spot because of the MM.
