By turning the doubling question around, I am checking my observations for accuracy. This wouldn't be doubled die but die deterioration or machined because of the flatness of the legend. The slop behind the B and E and R s pressure bubbling from the strike, Please correct if this is wrong.
Sorry, I can’t tell based on the photo. Too bright and hard to detect where the “doubling” is to begin with.
