I'm going to say Die Deterioration Doubling, but see what others say. EDIT: Eh... slightly leaning towards worn die now and some of it is MD.
You've got a machine doubled coin struck on a worn die. I'm afraid it's not really anything of note. The real doubling you should be looking for on the 1995-P cents should be on Liberty. Here's one of mine:
Gotcha. Thanks guys. Sorry about your eyes Hookman, lol. I want to think that when I see "True Doubling" that it'll stand out like a sore thumb. I contemplated forever what proof coins are supposed to look like until I actually found my first ones, you can tell without a doubt what they are when you run across them. I've found some coins that are doubled, but it's usually only on the State/ National Park Quarters... It's always difficult for me to distinguish treasure from crap on pennies and nickels.
