Yes! You have a good one there! My boss found 2 in his change and I helped him sell them. I had no interest in keeping them. Both sold individually for 4.99 each on ebay.
I'm surprised at the price you got. Generally if modern coins are not Red Book listed they don't go for much.
I thought I had two of them. But after seeing yours, mine looks completely different. This horse sure does spit a lot.
Maybe they just had a hard time with the die cracking in this area, because Ive seen ones that look like theyre positioned differently.
Yes, that is my experience too. Here are a couple of different ones I have found. One through the “C” and all the way to the rim, and one into the “A”.

I have 5 or 6 that I have found and while the cracks are different remember, die cracks progressively get worse too. Great find!
