    No.. Sorry to say but that is not a Clipped Planchet.
    I will say.. damaged :yack:

    There are coins that do have Planchet Fissures and open cracked planchets from the edge into the field though. But I don't think that is an example.

    Looks like it was frozen in nitrogen and then hit with a hammer.
