20 is just a more common size of slab box and the term has had some momentum from multiple people using it.

Well, like you i have other coins as well. I have folders and books. I also have those small wallet style folders that hold like 20 coins. Then i also have a few of the big medallic art medals. Those are a real bear to store. Have any currency? (im sure you do)
Ive got mine in a nice leather bound book- 3 per, page plastic, with a layer of felt in between each page.

 

Heres one for ya- ive used that term for 20+
years in passing conversation with whites, black, yellow, red you name it. Ive never ONCE been accused of being racist. I guess it depends on what part of the country you live, or in this case- who's basement you live in, would determine whether or not its a racist term

Hey, @baseball21 , FWIW I endorse NEITHER racism nor the hypersensitivity to imagine it under every bed, nor around every corner.

 

I am completely against hypersensitivity as well, but things are what they are. There is a major difference between being over sensitive and calling something for what it is. If you were writing a bill and decided to use an acronym in it that has a socially known racist context/meaning you would define it differently PRIOR to using it as is standard for academic and legal usage.

You can't use something then a day and several responses later claim you didn't mean it like that when you finally figured out something else that could fit and make sense and expect to be believed.

You are really a good example of what I have been talking about with them. We disagree on a lot, and we definitely get into it sometimes. However, at no point are we incapable of having a real discussion or a legitimate back and forth.

With a couple of them they have just decided to be on their own crusade and have been incessantly trolling my posts for a long long time and there is just no way to have any intellectual interaction with people looking to play gotcha games and constantly looking to troll which I guess is because someone won't agree with their feelings
