Yep. Twenty-five cents. You're welcome. It appears to be environmental damage, with some heat involved, as @SchwaVB57 indicated, though there do not appear to be any split clad layers. I suspect he saw the cent underneath and mistook that for a split layer. It does kind of look like that at first glance. But no, this one's just a "spender".
