I think I see what you see. It looks properly doubled to me. I don't know if there is a website for attributions for pennies, but I think that is definitely doubled. Nice find!
I think the heavy die polish on the obverse wiped out the letters in the legend. Not a doubled die but an interesting coin nonetheless.
I see either an over polished die or laser beams from outer space. Other than that it looks like a nice older cent anyone would like to have.

I do not think so either. The angles is hard to tell , but look at TRUST in the top photo , notice how the top of each " T" has double cross bar, the extra top one is wider than the real cross bar. This is indicative that a "smearing" action has occurred, whether a hit, deterioration, or other mechanical movement it is not a true DD or it would be the same width. IMO.
