In your opinion. I wouldn't go crazy for it either, but I won't bash someone who will. If they love it that much good for them for getting what they want

Ok I guess I should have worded my original post differently.
To me, the toning appears questionable. If I were to stumble upon that coin raw of course it would grab my attention. If the price were right, and for me the right price raw would be $40 because of my suspicion on the color.
If I were to get it for that price I’d probably keep in raw in my collection until I decided to move on from it. I don’t think I’d ever send it in to get graded because I’d feel I was just throwing the grading fee out the window.
And being a Franklin enthusiast I know how common that date is with superb eye appeal. In fact I believe that 1956 is the most common date with shimmering luster and it is one of the more common dates to have attractive color.
So even in its current grade 6+FBL CAC, I honestly wouldn’t pay more than $350 if I seriously wanted the coin.
If someone wants to pay $10k for it then congrats to the seller and I hope the buyer is happy.

The same person will buy it and pay another insane price. Wish I had money to waste like that.

I think the threat is those that don't use there ability to call BS when BS is in order. These people stand by and watch as the situation goes awry.
I wonder if the buyer will know that it has been recently resubmitted from the dreck it was. Then given a + and a CAC.

You would need to tag him @baseball21 and even so he will probably avoid your question anyways.

If I am reading the OP and the PCGS report correctly, there are a number of coins at this grade and many higher.
Why would it be worth more than the $320 PCGS suggested value?
    Because of the toning?

There's no way that other coin was worth 100,000 (IMO) even if it was the only one at MS 69. Which it was much lower than that.

It must be nice to have $130k to blow on trinkets.

So this early strike FBL, possibly mint set coin sells for 11.75k. The Legend description alone was worth at least 5k. This coin cost someone no more than $11.75 about 60 years ago. Found a couple raw 50’s toned MS 65 or better FBL at local coin shops in last 3 or 4 years.
Compare this with about 200 year old MS 65 bust halves at PCGS price guide of about 7.5k. Go find them! Have not seen any LCS in 40 years! Go figure...please forgive my rant...give me an aspirin.

    Just saw this thread.

If the colors on the coin are the colors in the OP pictures then IMO the coin is AT.
