I have heard of California bashing but this takes the prize: The seller wants $1,650,000 for his collection but won't ship to California unless he gets $1,500 for it.
A beautiful set. I really liked that pilgrim coins toning. What is this set really worth ? $4,000-5,000 ?
It's 144 pieces, that seems low considering the very first coin in the list is 1893 Silver Isabella 25C (PCGS-MS67+) - [CAC-Stickered] Isn't that coin alone worth several thousand in that condition? EDIT: Oh the listing has a URL for the entire PCGS set he is offering. That Isabella is apparently way more than I thought https://www.pcgs.com/setregistry/mycoinfacts/1893-isabella/2270381/105295
you are right a couple grand for sure. so way higher. I just now saw the whole list wow. super high grades on all these coins. I just looked at what was pictured.
Would anyone like to go 1/1000's with me? I already got dibs on October 24th 2019 for visitation err... I mean possession.
California Tax Laws are weird, as are a few other states. Especially when it comes to bullion, or rare coins. This is probably just a standard disclaimer the seller puts on all their listings, even though this one clearly doesn't apply.
furham, Did you serve in the 101st ? My oldest brother did. My next oldest brother served in the 82nd. Amazing outfits, both of them.
Did anyone see this one on eBay? I messaged back and forth with this person several times. It's amazing how convinced this person was that he/she had a legit item. or maybe it was just part of a scam. I repeatedly asked for better pix but no matter how many they sent, they were always fuzzy and out of focus. Perhaps deliberately. He/she kept blaming the pic quality on "the lighting". Here it is, I hope it comes through : 323528596941
A state I bash routinely as I swear they’ve lost their minds out there. Maybe it’s the E. coli in the water

If they hadn’t bred and genetically modified wheat and so much else we wouldn’t have that problem. I never had a problem with wheat or gluten until I stopped eating so much as my wife developed an intolerance. Then I realized I really can’t digest it and living gluten free for the most part has really helped my gi tract If they’d just leave stuff alone but no the big factory farms are the rule why my family eats as organic and non gmo as possible. I prefer to grow it raise it or hunt it if at all possible
