First of all.. That's a Way Off Center Strike

The lettering looks the Way it does because it's a Copper Plated Zinc Cent.. So when it is struck the way it is it will have Split Plating!

 

I thought that but haven't seen one so far off and yes I know it's a zinc and thank you

 

Is it worth anything?

Yes, there are sellers asking $10, $20, and even more,
so paying $10 isn't so bad - just a bit higher retail.
