1969 dd?

    i found this this morning and was wondering about some markings in the columns but can't find clear pics anywhere. Looks like doubling on the 9 in pic 1 and the bow tie looks a weird. In the reverse look like doubling on the n in cent as well. Your thought please.

    Heres a another pic. This one is of the the columns on the reverse. Is that doubling at of the columns on the underside? Thanks again.
