I am scared to go there because if I start looking I won't get any sleep or anything else in my life accomplished for weeks!

Guess I better give these puppies a acetone bath so I can see better.

I'm terribly sorry, but I have to ask. :joyful:

Did you get a camera, take a video of the coin, upload said video to the computer, get the camera again, take photo of previously recorded video playing on your computer, and the finally upload that picture to your computer?

There must be a better way :hilarious: Get yourself VLC player (it's free and the best) and follow these instructions. https://wiki.videolan.org/VLC_HowTo/Take_a_snapshot/

(Just want to make sure you know I am kidding, I am slightly buzzed and found it quite amusing *insert beer emoticon*)

LOL! Nope. USB microscope image was on screen and I took a picture of it with my phone. K.I.S.S.

Ah, yes. I take screen shots of anything interesting with the scope and I put them in the folder you see at the bottom left.

The software for my USB scope lets me just push a button on the keyboard and it captures the scope image that's on the screen. Better result than taking a picture of the screen.

I would be willing to bet that he is able to do the same with his scope.
I am still learning my DSLR program, and have been using it for a couple years now.

Yes but, my operating system is too old to get online securely and I am too ignorant and lazy to update it. I do all my surfing on my cellphone which is almost out of date too lol. "Give me my hat, excuse me man but where's the door?"

Is there a resource I could find/use to help me understand the many abbreviations you guys use?
    Some I know (DSLR ) (DDO,DDR)
    Others I guess at.
    Most I need to learn.
