That is cool, Kinda looks like he is doing a Raspberry with the tongue.
I think it is a chip, the other thing would be a plating blister, and it don't look like that to me.

 

Yeah, I initially thought damage of some sort, but it's only around the lip area and when you compare it to a normal 94, it, well, looks like Abe sticking the tongue lol

 

It seems to have more metal distortion than a hit or damage would cause.

 

Im still lookin at this thing... attached is the best i could do on the phone right now (im away from my pc) but it appears theres just something going on with thos lips... some kind of doubling on the leftnof what looks like a die chip? If you look at the picture, the top frame is a 94 i pulled off the net, compared to my 94 in the bottom frame.
