2001 Australia 10 cent

Going through some of my modern coins i found what looks like a double chin on queen Elizabeth. Is this a repunched coin? Or can anyone shed some light on what the extra chin is.

It would be helpful if you could show a larger photo of the obverse as I can't see too much with the posted photos.

I do not see the extra line on the chin or forehead in the link you sent.

 

I think you are seeing Machine Doubling on the chin.

 

That is very possible. It just didnt look right.
