    No. Do not send it.
Your pictures are bad. But I can tell it is DDD - Die Deterioration Doubling on the date.. considered worthless doubling.

Also.. looks like damage. And a few plating blisters.

I dont agree with that. What is worthless doubling? There is a another coin stamped on this one. you can even see the doubling on the date.

The date is barely even visible IRL I couldn't even tell what the date was until I took a picture so these are not bad pics if they show hella details.

Take new images when it gets light .
Take full shots of the obverse & reverse .
I see what your talking about .
Could be a vice job, or a double strike .

Could be another Cent that was pressed onto it with a Vice. Done after it left the Mint. That's damage.

And if you don't agree with me it's ok..

I think you should send it for grading.

The images don't help much. The lighting and focus are way off. I don't know what we are seeing.

    V. Kurt Bellman Yes, I'm blunt! Get over your "feeeeelings".

It appears to be a vise job. If it is, the only thing having it graded will do is give the graders a good guffaw.

Either way, this looks like intentional damage and is without value.

@Sumzmommy It's a "vise job", someone pressed two coins together in a vise to create this look...Post minting damage (PMD) not an error.

@Sumzmommy. We see this all the time. If was a bouble strike. Letters wont be backwards. Can you tell if?
