on column 2 u can see an upside-down Y . and column 3 there is the back of Lincoln. column 5 no inner column or polished off. were Lincoln sits top part of the column looks bowed column 7,8 is Lincoln's chin column 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 has no top inner detail. in the field by above one cent is an outline of lincoln's head and very over polish die did anyone notice the P this is a close up of it this is visible with the eye

It's a randomstain that happens to look like the letter P. A P-shaped stain. Oh, no! It's... a ... P-stain! Random chance, there. Pareidolia. Coincidence. As to what's going on between the second and third columns there, perhaps that's a plating issue as well. I don't know. It's kinda fun, though. Since the statue of Lincoln inside the memorial is so weak, it almost looks like that's where he got up and started walking out of the building. Or you could call it "Lincoln's Ghost". Fun, but perhaps also another random anomaly.
Plating can take many forms. It's the eye and mind that fools us into seeing what we want to see. Think ink blot tests. We all see something different.
