I have almost no knowledge of ancient coins, these came in with a large group, and I am unsure what they are.

I assume pretty early. I have a few gold cup coins from the 11th century, these look to be earlier.

The first one has a date I believe "anno" means year?

Most likely. I know Anno Domini means 'in the year of the Lord'. So Anno meaning year makes sense.

First is Justin II Follis, year 4, 568/9, Constantinople mint.
    Second, Anonymous Follis, Class A.
Last is Justin II Follis, year 7, 571/2, Nikomedia mint.

You might be interested to read this short recent article on when the worst time in history may have been for some folks anyway in Eurasia- it is the period just beginning when that last coin in the OP was minted:http://time.com/5460027/worst-year-history/

It is worth a lot of irony in a way since Jefferson was a Theist who wrote his own version of the Bible with a set of beliefs vastly different from the powers to be who created the coin he is face to face with. His ideas are part of the foundation today that separates church and government.
