So, I looked at a video that showed a 1969D coin with floating ceiling, plus no initials. Then I went through my pennies with that date and mint mark. I found 3 of these special coin errors. Are they really that rare? Or am I not looking at the coin correctly? I'd take pics, but don't think you'd be able to see clearly, even if magnified.
It did, but I was too busy looking at the floating roof. How did it happen? So, if it's not rare, why are some folks making a big deal out of it?
Often times people that aren’t that bright get ahold of a device that allows them to post videos to the internet. Vast amounts of misinformation is spread this way.
not sure but I have a couple also. well time for my nap. turn that dam press off I'm trying two sleep.
Thanks for the input. I've tried to magnify the coin so you can see the small detail, but it's not going to happen. Going out today to trade my pennies. Maybe a new batch will bring something, you never know!
Better yet, dont even watch them. There are many threads on CoinTalk discussing Coin literature, what Titles to buy, where to buy them, etc.
