Here's a obscure one. It is from Patani. I got this in a batch of unidentified "islamic coins" a couple of months ago. It may not be a direct shot from Sumatra, but it's close.

Wow! Excellent coins and history and everything! Sweet!

    I'll take us to Thailand with a much more recent coin - a 1990 5-baht (Y# 219).

It appears we can hit Mauritius (from Sri Lanka and India) without invading another sovereign minting state. Here is a 1943 one-cent minted in South Africa (KM 21).

I presume that New Zealander is a medal; any background?

From beautiful to New Zealand I take us to beautiful and tranquil Tonga with a 1996 one-seniti piece (KM 66).

    Muzyck Rabbits!

Notes taken from The Standard Catalog Of World Coins - There was a shortage of British coinage in New Zealand at the time and many merchant tokens circulated for commerce. This is a one penny token of merchants Milner & Thompson of Christchurch. It is listed KM#Tn49. There is no date listed but other sources date it 1881. That would be at the end of the production of the tokens that began in 1857 and ended in 1881. The tokens continued to circulate until 1897 when British and Australian coinage became available in greater quantities. The catalog says there were 147 varieties. There are 5 pages of token listings in my 6th edition with a publishing date of 2009.
