1947 Balboa 50 cent piece from Panama?

Hello, I have had a small collection of coins for a little while but just recently decided to start taking up actively collecting again. I have a 1947 Balboa 50 cent piece I was hoping I could get some opinions on. I was curious on what thoughts were on the grade of the coin as well as the value of the coin.
