I picked up one of the fighting coins like yours, yours is in better shape. these are expensive when in nice condition, I paid to much probably (70 Euros plus fees so about $100) but I also liked the coin. thought I'd post a photo of it here , enjoy

I fear you will feel we have too many rules your post here is almost as bad as hijacking. You posted a perfectly good reply to a thread last posted to four years ago. One of the participants no longer is allowed to post here and I don't know how many others will jump on this antique. I suggest you check the dates of threads you revive and consider if it might be better to start a brand new thread aimed at current members. Some will ignore the post when they see it is a 2014 vintage.

I do like the type coin discussed and have one similar. Welcome to CT.

 

Dagnabbit. I've been watching the remnants of Steve's coins in Pierre's eBay store and this 1/16th shekel has been taunting me for a year. Now I have to make a decision lest this resurrected thread revive interest.

Considering that I haven't posted in this thread at all, I'm not sure what you are getting at. If I have offended you in some way, I humbly apologize. You are one of the most respected members of the ancient forum and I REALLY don't know how I have offended you. I thought I was being polite and instructive.
