    Double Die I know just enough to be dangerous

    I could be wrong, but it looks like a rolled finned rim on a slightly misaligned coin. I'm sure I will find out from the others if what I see is incorrect, but that's what I'm going with.

    Correct. Finned Rim from a High Pressure strike. Circulation over the years smoothed it down. Not a CUD.
