i usually dont collect 64.s, but this can be a tough issue, plus
The fact that it looks better to me, more like a 67 so probably
Goint to resubmit.

 

Here,s another tough issue, not a real big fan of the 65 grade as
Centering issue can be intense but not that bad on this one.

 

In addition to collecting PCGS also collect PMG, they are actually a little
Bit hard on the grade, so cross overs tend to gain a point in grade
I do have a a PCGS 67PPQ in that as well, so its a good pair
