As far as value, I would say looking up what similar coins are selling for on eBays or Heritage Auctions sold listings will give a pretty good idea of value. Obviously these are retail prices, not what a dealer will offer...
Unless you've an established coin selling account, I wouldn't even think about it and this is aside from the inherent risks of selling on eBay. As for the coin itself, I personally wouldn't call that EF either and in fact I'm not all that confident on its surface conditions. Perhaps better photos (than the second posted set) would change this, although it could also be due to my firm belief that collectors should always seek out the highest quality possible. Although it's been years, I would second the Great Collections suggestion. Talk to Ian and see what he says. Good luck.
