I suspect that this coin is either polished or reprocessed.

What does reprocessed mean? And do you think it would get a details grade from PCGS

It essentially means polished to make it pretty. Companies used to do this and resell them in magazine ads. Yes, it would detail/no grade.

Reprocessed means that after it left the mint, someone re-plated the surfaces. In this case it would be a ruined coin. It's tough to tell by your photos but there appears to be wear at the wheat stalks, so I'm guessing re-plated.

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

I'm not convinced its reprocessed without better pics, but it does look a bit shiny, like it may have been polished.

I see wear on Lincoln's cheek and jaw, which would limit it to AU either way.

You won't see many steelies end up looking like that without some help, if you know what I mean.

If it was polished would there not be marks left on the coin?

Reprocessed is that the coins are cleaned to remove any rust, then they are replated with Zinc, to match the original surfaces. The difference is that they aren't restruck to give them luster.

Polishing just removes a fine layer of material. The marks would still be there

It's never going to be worth grading, even if it's original.
If this coin were AU or MS the wheat stalks wouldn't show that much wear.
