been finding dimes in loomis rolled pennies!

    I've found total of 6 dimes in different loomis rolls of pennies.

    In every loomis roll there is a dime! I just found another one! Lol how can this be?

    The bank and you are being charged at the one cent rate. Loomis is the loser. They are not clearing out the rolling machine when they change from one denomination to another.

    When I was doing a lot of roll searching and lost count I would put a dime in rather than dump them and recount. I didn't want to short the next person. LOL

    As soon as the banks open on Tuesday, I'll see if my local bank put some dollar coins in their half dollar rolls. :D

    Classic case of it's cheaper to have the machines make errors than to involve any labor from people.
