    Even in Unc shape, why do you think it would be over face value?

    It’s an older star note.

    It is modern, less than 20 years old. Modern star notes are not rare. They are just replacement notes.

    Even modern Star notes can be worth more than face value. Run number, run amount, serial number, condition, etc. It's too bad this note is circulated, worn and written on. Otherwise it would be worth more.
