    What does plz mean?

    What year?
Looks like a copper plated zinc cent.
Plating issue or normal mechanical doubling. Nothing major.

ACoinJob There are still some out there to be had.

    Welcome @Wendella ,
My 1973 D has similar MD on the date, front profile of Lincoln's head, and the inner ear lobe on mine shows doubling, and the LIBERTY also shows doubling. Mine's MS-58 PCGS graded, but they said "Errors" do exist for this date, but if I needed them to specify whether it has errors, they should of been more descriptive in their grading it. Believe it or not, my 1973 D Lincoln memorial cent is only worth $1.00 but it cost roughly $71.00 to grade and slab it without a freebie voucher. It's on my profile. I'll post what info PCGS sent me if you're interested in this example for your knowledge, and examples. PM me if interested.

You can't compare a 1973 All Copper Cent with a 2017 Copper Plated Cent.. Most plated cents are just plating issues when there are worn dies used. IMHO

They even said mine was within "Normal Tolerances" of die wear, and not a true DDO though, IMHA= I must however admit. If given a choice, I wouldn't do it again unless if it were a known DDO like a 1995, or 1969 S, 1970 S, or even if it were a 1983 copper cent, by weight.
