I've been using this to check small dates. http://www.lincolncentresource.com/smalldates/1960smalldate.html

"0" looks more like an "o". The "1" also looks a little below the "9". I'd say it's a large date, but I'd let the pros weigh in.

As for D/D... no idea

 

Not seeing the RPM either.

 

Doesn't look like a small date. The tails on the 6 and 9 seem to be too extended.
On the small date they are quite stubby.
Furry Frogs small date is not a Denver but it's the easiest way to see what a small date should look like.

 

Large date , I do not see any RPM either. Jim
