I saw a token listed as a 'So Called Dollar' and was trying to find out what a good resource (publication) was for these. They look very interesting but new to me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Watson

I suppose that "So-Called Dollars, an Illustrated Standard Catalog with Valuations" by Hibler and Kappen, would be considered the standard reference on the subject.

Not inexpensive, but if you're thirsty for knowledge, worth every penny. ;)

Hibler-Kappan is THE source for so-called-dollars but don't consider them the last word. There are hundreds of these which were omitted in this reference and hundreds more that have been made since it was written in 1963. Listed prices in the catalog are highly speculative and are often much too high or too low. The book is not cheap though. I looked for years before I broke down and paid the going price.
