Why is he called "Doctor?"

    Why do they sometimes call David Hall, PCGS a doctor? What schools did he graduate from? Just wondering...

    The only one, to my knowledge, ever issued.

    I do believe he earned the doctorate in numismatics at Cambridge University. The only university to my knowledge that offers it.
