I need help with the grading and variety of this coin. Also what is it worth.

Looks like 1801. Are you sure it is a 3?
The condition is at the bottom of the scale and it has been cleaned.

I'm not used to grading coins from that time period.
    I'm stuck between AG-03 and G-04.

Having trouble with anything better than a net FR02 (PR01 obverse and AG03 reverse). Would like the more experienced to weigh in.

Detail probably in the Good range, but the surfaces are corroded and it's been badly cleaned, so it would be worth less than Good money. For a coin like this, the bad cleaning is worse than the corrosion.
