1981 wheat cent has me stumped?

    Ok on the obverse I am not seeing a full neck or bowtie and on the reverse there is a hole with a dimple I think it's Pmd but maybe I'm wrong.

    It is actually 1918
    The Hole is damage. The damage on the Obverse has worn away due to 100 years of circulation wear.
