2018 shield error question!

    Looks like corrosion. Zinc rots quickly in the right (wrong) conditions.

    The more I look I'm thinking the same but will look a little closer. May have jumped the gun on this one!

    It look like die crack..... I’m new!! There is a lot of Corrosion! What do I know?!?!

    Yes some of this does resemble a die crack and some corrosion so I will look a little closer and try to post better pics!

    Your Cent was struck with a Worn Die
    The sunk in area going through IN GOD WE TRUST is evidence of this. Same issue on the Reverse side.. The rest is Environmental Damage.
