1983p penny question ??!

    are all those markings some sort of double denomination and what about the any doubled die in obverse or even reverse side noticeable?

    What markings? Looks like simple plating issues found a lot on Copper Plated Zinc Cents.. They don't re-use old coins or other denominations to mint new Cents.

    On a larger monitor, they look like die polish marks. The die may have clashed or had some other light damage that the mint technicians tried to polish out. It's not unusual and adds no value to the coin
