If you had enough time, the mark under Louis's bust could tell you where it was made and what year it is. The hard part would be finding images for every single year for every single mint that made these.

1958 US Cent Struck On Cuban 1 Centavo Most of the details from the Cuban coin have been obliterated by the subsequent strike.
I've got a couple Aussie ones I'll post soon. 1933/32 penny. 1962 doubled nose variety penny. 1942 no I mintmark.
Love the die clash. What’s RR stand for? Rotated reverse? I only ask because I’m not certain it’s rotated and maybe it means something else.
I think perhaps a little, but I think your coin might also not be exactly straight when looking at the reverse, which makes it harder to tell. I’m sure you can tell better than I can, with it in hand. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces6132.html
1827 1/2 skilling Double Struck? What do you folks think? Seller’s photos, $9 shipped. Seller accepted my offer. I do not have a photo of the other side. Will post when I get it.
Am I imagining things or is there a secondary arrow tip directly underneath where I marked the red one?
I personally think I see it too, but it doesn’t quite match with the alignment of the other doubling I see. I look forward to inspecting this one in hand. I can’t believe it went for so cheap, but error coins are a niche market.
