Looks fine to me, can't get a verifiable year, but according to a listing on Ebay, 1911. I may be wrong about the year. Its a ROC coin, so certainly 1911 or, i'd say made before the late 1920s if the ebay listing is incorrect.

My friend from China says that it's a commemorative coin marking the new Republic of China (which was "born" in 1911/12). The date is not actually anywhere on the coin and the coin was likely minted in 1920s. Sorry no references except "my friend from China". OP's picture of the crossed flags is upside down. spirityoda's pic is right side up. The top says "republic of china" and the bottom says something along the line of in commemoration of the republic or some such blah blah blah.
Two unrelated etymologies for the "cash" on a Chinese coin, and the English word "cash" meaning currency. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cash_(Chinese_coin)
