    It is a 20C PGV minted for Puerto Rico.
    I purchased this NGC Certified coin at a coin shop during my recent visit to Puerto Rico -

    Interesting how it was "demonetized". It is a piece of silver after all! Very nice coin, paddyman! Here's 4 more likes to get on to 19,000!
