Welcome to Coin Talk. The only way to clean your coin is to soak it in Acetone. Are you familiar with that process?

Welcome to CT! I would say that's around XF 45. You could sell that for around $3-5 on eBay. NEVER CLEAN COINS!!! Good thing you know not to clean coins! Apparently, if you clean a coin at all, even just soap and water, it could take off half of the coin's value if it is even the slightest bit visible.

I was hoping for AU 50. But I’ll settle!!! Is there any of the Indian pennies I need to keep an eye open for? I have 50 or more....

Yes, keep an eye out for any 1877, 1908 s, or 1909 s Indian head pennies. They can bring a lot of money. The 1877 is around 800 In a good condition and is the same for the 1909 S. The 1908 S can bring around 100 dollars.
